Policies
Presenting Company Application Fees: Company application fees are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Cancellation: AVF
will refund 100% of the registration fee for cancellations received in writing 30 days or greater before any event, less a
20% administrative processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received in less
than 30 days before an event or for registrants who do not attend the event. Refunds for cancellations will be made within
30 business days from notification.
Registration: Registrations
are for the duration of the event. No ticket sharing is permitted nor are partial-day passes offered. If any registrant is
found to be sharing a ticket or using the badge of another registrant, that individual will be charged for a second full registration
fee, at the walk-in rate, to cover the cost of a second registration.
Substitution: Should you be unable to attend the event, you may transfer your registration in its entirety
to another member of your company prior to check-in. However, transfer requests must be received in writing before check-in,
include the full name, title and organization of the person to whom the registration will be transferred and approved. Transfers
are limited to individuals who would otherwise register at with the same rate (as the same type of entity) of the original
registrant.
